brioche cinnamon rolls

Featuring a deliciously rich brioche dough, easy cinnamon sugar filling and decadent caramel cream cheese frosting!

Here's what you'll need for the brioche dough:

After letting the dough chill for 6 hours, roll it out into a rectangle.

Then combine cinnamon, brown sugar and butter to create the cinnamon sugar paste.

Spread the cinnamon sugar mixture over your brioche dough.

Tightly roll up into a log.

Cut into 12 equal portions and place in a pan.

Let the formed rolls rise for another 2 hours.

And then bake to perfection!

Lastly, make the caramel cream cheese frosting.

Frost the cinnamon rolls as soon as they come out of the oven and enjoy!
