No need to preheat your cast iron! Generously grease the skillet with olive oil. Then press the dough down and outwards until it fills the pan.

Our favorite pizza sauce is simply whole peeled tomatoes blended with a bit of olive oil and salt. Other great options? A dollop of pesto or drizzle of olive oil!

My favorite? Quattro formaggi with low-moisture mozzarella, gorgonzola, fontina and parmesan.

You can bake this pizza on the grill or in the oven. I prefer grilling to get a super high temperature without heating up the kitchen.
