This no-hassle recipe uses simple ingredients and doesn't require a fussy water bath.

Tip #1

Use finely crushed oreos for the crust

Pulse both the cookies and cream filling in a food processor. The finer the crumbs, the better the crust will hold together.

Tip #2

stick with mini chocolate chips

Regular-sized chocolate chips are heavier and may sink to the bottom of the cheesecake during baking.

Tip #3

Baking times are a guideline

Your cheesecake is ready when the edges are set but the center is still quite wobbly.
