Chocolate namelaka takes just 10 minutes of active prep!
Melt the chocolate
Start by bringing the milk to a boil. Whisk in the bloomed gelatin and pour over the chocolate. Whisk until melted.
Pour in the heavy cream
Use an immersion blender or whisk until the mixture is completely smooth.
Chill for four hours
Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and chill for at least four hours.
Enjoy!
Transfer your namelaka to a piping bag and use it to frost cupcakes, fill macarons or decorate cakes!
