Jalapeño Artichoke Dip


Step #1

Roast the jalapenos, artichokes and garlic

This will add maximum flavor and a slight smokiness to our dip!

Step #2

Remove the jalapeno skin

After roasting, place the jalapeños in a plastic bag for 15 minutes to steam. This will make it easier to remove the skins.

Step #3

Combine the chopped mix-ins with cream cheese, sour cream and cheese

My favorite cheeses for this dip are monterey jack and parmesan!

Step #4

Transfer to a small skillet or baking dish

An 8-inch cast iron skillet is perfect for serving!

Step #5

Bake for 20-25 minutes

The dip is ready when the cheese is bubbling and the top is golden brown in places.

Serve your cheesy dip with chips, toasted baguette slices or veggies and enjoy!
