Avocado Shake
Today we're making fudgy chocolate cookies with an easy andes mint frosting!
Step #1
The rich and fudgy chocolate cookie dough comes together quickly but does need 2 hours to chill.
Step #2
After chilling, roll the dough into balls using about 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie.
Step #3
Make sure not to overbake here! The cookies are ready when the edges appear to be set. It's okay if the middle still seems a bit soft.
Step #4
Let the baked cookies sit for one minute then place an andes mint on top of each cookie.
Step #5
Let the mint sit on the warm cookie for a minute to get nice and melty. Then use a knife to gently swirl it around the cookie to create the frosting.
Step #6
The andes mint frosting will set quickly (less than an hour) but you should definitely try a few warm... just to make sure you've achieved cookie perfection!
