Let's make tender, juicy St. Louis cut ribs in the oven!
Start with an easy homemade rub, bake low and slow and finish on the grill (or under the broiler)!
You'll need kosher salt, brown sugar, smoked paprika, ground cumin and garlic powder.
Then wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator.
Your ribs will need 3.5-4 hours total in the oven. Cooking at a low temperature will ensure the meat is tender and juicy.
A blast of high heat at the end (from your grill or broiler) will help caramelize the bark for an intense flavor boost!
