This 6-ingredient pasta is the perfect solution to busy weeknights!
Saute the tomatoes in olive oil until they begin to burst. Use a spatula to gently press down any unburst tomatoes. Add the garlic.
Separate the creamy burrata interior from the casing and set aside. Roughly chop the casing to use as a topping.
Stir until fully incorporated.
Season with salt to taste and add pasta water to thin if desired.
Toss with your favorite pasta.
Just pulse in a food processor and sprinkle over your pasta! Enjoy!
