The ultimate game day snack? These cheesy BBQ pulled pork sheet pan nachos with your favorite toppings!
I like to use a blend of kosher salt, brown sugar, smoked paprika, chipotle powder, cumin and garlic powder.
Cook in your slow cooker with your favorite BBQ sauce and a splash of apple cider vinegar until tender.
Use forks to shred the pork and set aside until you're ready to make your nachos.
Place a single layer of sturdy tortilla chips on a large sheet pan.
Add a generous portion of pulled pork.
I like barbecue baked beans to keep with the barbecue theme, but you can substitute black or pinto peans.
Cheddar is my favorite option, but a Monterey Jack would also be a great option.
Bake for about 8 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
Top with guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and your favorite toppings! Enjoy!
