Roses des Sables

Today we're making roses des sables: a no-bake french dessert made with cornflakes and chocolate!

This 3-ingredient snack takes just 10 minutes to whip up!

Here's what you'll need:

Step #1

Melt the chocolate and butter

Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl set over a pot of simmering water.

Step #2

Carefully fold the chocolate into the cornflakes

Be patient here! It'll take several minutes to gently fold in the chocolate without crushing the cornflakes.

Step #3

Divide the mixture among mini muffin liners

Or plop heaping spoonfuls onto a parchment paper lined pan.

Step #4

Sprinkle with coarse sea salt

Then allow to set at room temperature and enjoy!
