Tips + Tricks

Tip #1

Line the pan with parchment paper

To make the parchment paper more pliable, sprinkle with water and then crinkle into a ball. Uncrinkle and let dry before lining the pan.

Tip #2

Baking times will vary from oven to oven

The cheesecake is ready when the edges are just set. The center will still be quite wobbly.

Tip #3

Serve at room temperature

The texture and flavor of this cheesecake is best when served at room temperature - light, smooth and soooo creamy!
