Tips + Tricks

for the best  STRAWberry Mousse cake

Tip #1

Use frozen strawberries

For the easiest strawberry puree, thaw frozen strawberries in the fridge overnight. Then blend until smooth!

Tip #2

Line the pan

To prevent the cake from sticking, line the bottom and sides of the springform pan with greased parchment paper.

Tip #3

Let the cake set at least 4 hours

Your cake should be just set at four hours but you can leave it overnight to be extra safe.

Top your mousse cake with whipped cream or fresh strawberries for the perfect spring dessert!
