Today we're making Toblerone cheesecake!
It's made with a graham cracker crust and studded with little morsels of Swiss chocolate!
Make the graham cracker crust
You'll need just melted butter, brown sugar and graham cracker crumbs for the crust.
Roughly chop the Toblerone
I like a combination of larger chunks and smaller pieces for the perfect texture.
Make the cheesecake filling
It's our favorite creamy vanilla cheesecake filling with Toblerone pieces gently folded in!
Pour into a springform pan and bake
This cheesecake bakes to creamy, velvety perfection in a little over an hour!
Let the cheesecake cool
Allow the cheesecake to come to room temperature, then place in the fridge for at least 6 hours before serving.
Decorate and enjoy!
For the finishing touches, I like to add a layer of chocolate ganache, whipped cream and mini toblerone pieces!
