Avocado Shake
Step 1
Saute the garlic and red pepper flakes in butter. Add the white wine and reduce by half.

Pour in the heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.

Add the spinach and cook until wilted.

Toss the sauce with your favorite pasta and sprinkle with parmesan.
