Rhubarb Infused Vodka

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (200 grams) rhubarb, cut into 1 inch (2.5 cm) pieces
  • 2.5 cups (600 ml) vodka
  • ¼ cup (50 grams) granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Add the rhubarb, vodka and sugar to a 1-quart jar and shake well. Seal and store in a cool, dark place for two weeks (and up to a month).
  2. Strain the vodka into a clean jar and discard the rhubarb.
  3. Seal, refrigerate and serve cold.
